Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with MABELEXIA. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, unworn and, where applicable, with their original packaging, tags and hygiene seals intact.

Hygiene-sensitive items

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once the seal has been broken after delivery, where the law permits this exception. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we state otherwise. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will handle reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due to your original payment method. Where you cancel an eligible order under your statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be made within the time required by applicable UK consumer law. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or product, please contact us before returning your item. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns procedure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
